Rawlins In Motion
Owner
Tumbling & Cheer Instructor
Rebecca Iacovetto “Miss Becca”
“I started dancing and tumbling at the age of 3, and never stopped. I took as many classes as I could and basically grew up in the studio. In high school, I cheered for the Rawlins Highschool Varsity cheer team all four years. I also made All American Cheerleader all four years and was able to cheer in London, UK, as well as Disney World. My senior year, I was the cheer captain. In college, I continued my dancing career, while also getting a Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology.
I have been the owner of Rawlins In Motion since 2019 and it has been the absolute best. Teaching makes my heart happy!”

Callie Taylor “Miss Callie”
Callie Taylor grew up in Casper, WY where she studied dance with Shirley Lewis and then Rocky Mountain School of Dance. Callie began her dance career at the age of three and went on to graduate with a BFA in Dance from the University of Wyoming. Growing up she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and modern dance. She was blessed with the opportunity to travel to a variety of dance intensives, conventions, workshops and competitions as well as participate in numerous performances including many, many Nutcrackers, recitals, and community events. As a college student she was cast in all of UW’s dance performances including earning the lead role in Coppelia. She also attended the American College Dance Festival, was a member of Associated Students of the Performing Arts, Assistant Director of The Snowy Range Dance Festival, and recipient of the June S. Lee award for dance.
After college she lived in both California and New York where she pursued further training in dance, Pilates, fitness and yoga as well as graduate work in elementary education. She earned her MEd from National University. Callie completed her 500 hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training at Kore Pilates in La Jolla, CA. She completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training at Blossom Yoga in Laramie, WY and is currently working to complete another 300 hour teacher training through My Vinyasa Practice. She has furthered her education through additional coursework and certification with the American Council on Exercise, Pilates Method Alliance, Yoga Alliance, Zumba, MUvMethod, Progressing Ballet Technique, and International Ballet Barre Fitness Association. Currently, Callie is working on her Masters of Dance Education through The University of Northern Colorado.
Callie opened Cedar Street Studio, located in downtown Rawlins, in 2013. Over the years in Rawlins Callie has created several unique children’s versions of well known ballets such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Peter and the Wolf, and her annual Nutcracker which has become a Rawlins holiday tradition. The studio offered Pilates, yoga, fitness, and a variety of dance classes for all ages. In 2022 Callie merged the studio with Rawlins In Motion. Callie is so excited to be a part of In Motion and to continue to bring her passion for dance to the community. When she’s not at the studio Callie can be found at RES teaching kindergarten or simply at home cooking up some dinner (dinner is something she looks forward to everyday!). The love and light of her life is her family and she is ever grateful to get to live out her dharma as a teacher with the support of her husband, Brandon, and beautiful babies, Jack and Abby.

Abby Perry “Miss Abby”
“I grew up at the Cody Center for Performing Arts in Cody, WY – literally. I started dancing at age three and by the time I graduated fifteen years later, I was at the studio daily, where I took ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern, and lyrical. As a high school student, I assisted in elementary-aged tap classes and was on the performance team that traveled for workshops and performances. In addition to numerous local performances, including The Nutcracker, I performed at Disneyland during my high school sophomore year and was in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as a high school junior. In college, lyrical classes were my favorite extracurricular activity. Then, I married, graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Rangeland Ecology and a Master’s degree in Ag Economics, accepted a job in Rawlins, and started a family. I have been teaching dance in Rawlins since 2018, and I love being a part of a dance family. I enjoy getting to go with dancers to conventions, watch them grow and develop, and pick up new class tips myself. As a dance teacher, my job is to teach students dance and choreography, but I think the bigger contribution is helping to shape our young people into good, kind, compassionate humans. I have three boys at home, a dog, fish, tortoise, and even a few chickens. In my day job I work with farmers, ranchers, and gardeners, and in my personal time, I like to read, sew, and play in the garden.”

“My first job is mom with 2 kids of my own. I have been in the studio since I was about 7. In that time I danced with Miss Becca and student taught at Babbette’s Studio. While dancing at Babbette’s Studio, I had the opportunity to travel to Hawaii with “Team Hawaii” and perform at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. During my years of dancing, I also participated in Cedar Street Studio productions with Miss Callie.
I have always had a passion for dancing and have always wanted to teach. Being involved in the studio is one of my greatest dreams, so I am very grateful for the opportunity to continue to work with all the kiddos.”
